The original bungalow was hidden at the end of a cul-de-sac on an awkward sloping plot. It had 1980's layout and features, and a basic garden.
Savills Estate Agents described the finished project as ''A magnificent ‘grand designs’
style home offering a contemporary design, high specification finish and well considered accommodation.''
The roof of the bungalow was removed and a new timber frame upper floor was created featuring large windows, sun terraces and an Atrium.
