Stone Cottage Refurbishment

We have purchased from auction a two bedroom property in a very poor state of repair, with a plan to completely refurbish and establish if we should also extend.

Our first tasks are to clear the site and then get some initial designs for a possible ground floor extension to increase the space and create a third bedroom or office. We will use these to meet with local estate agents and discuss the cost vs. benefit of different options.
